Anemoi

Silent wanderer,

Whisper a sonnet

As only you know how.

A motion to give you away,

Movement is your traitor.

Stealthily you play around,

Our ignorance leaves us blind.

Your sly agitations destroy us,

Creeping over and under

Our shallow limitations.

With your strength of touch

Is our demise your goal?

With your gentlest warm murmur

Is it our favour you desire?

Force of nature are you,

No spent force, but a giant.

Anemoi is how you have,

By some, been named.
